We don’t have to tell you that smoke from multiple wildfires in Eastern Washington have blocked out the blue skies in Western Washington this week.

Easterly winds help spread ash into the area; it landed on cars and significantly decreased air quality.

Janine Harles took this shot of the moon at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, with a Canon 7D and Sigma 150-600 lens.
