Here’s some good news.

The busy intersection of Main Street and Ninth Avenue should be a little easier to navigate now after the City’s Public Works department put striping down to add right-turn lanes on all approaches to the four-way stop.

Eastbound going up Main, the striping required the removal of 90 feet of marked parking spots.

The City reports that the intersection may get a roundabout one day.

For now, the striping should help during peak traffic times.
