New wine-tasting event in Edmonds in May

Vino, vino.

The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce presents “Decant Edmonds: A Festival of Fine Wine” at the Edmonds Center for the Arts on Sunday, May 20.

There will be multiple selections from 12 wineries, two breweries, a cider producer and distillery. In addition, there will be live music and light appetizers.

Confirmed participants so far are Barrage Cellars, Mark Ryan Winery, Guardian Cellars, Newsprint Winery, Cloudlift Cellars, Nota Bene Cellars, Salish Sea Brewing, Gallaghers’ Where-U-Brew, Core Hero Hard Cider and Scratch Distillery, with more to be announced soon.

Proceeds from this event help support community celebrations produced by the Edmonds Chamber, including An Edmonds Kind of 4th, Classic Car Show, Halloween Trick-or-Treat and the Tree Lighting Ceremony.

The event is from 5-8 p.m. Tickets are $40 per person. VIP Tickets are $55 per person, allowing early entry at 4 p.m., as well as a free welcome bag.
