Give the city a piece of your mind. Go

Edmonds residents have the opportunity to let city leaders know how they feel about their government services and the overall state of their city by voicing their opinions through an anonymous online survey.

After sending out the National Citizen Survey to 2,200 randomly selected households in June, the city of Edmonds is now making this community survey available through July 15 to any resident of Edmonds via the city’s website.

The survey is designed to provide a baseline of how city government is serving residents, to gauge overall perceptions of Edmonds and to make comparisons with peer cities.

“Edmonds is a great community, and the results of this survey will help us make it even better,” Mayor Dave Earling said. “This survey is yet another way we are working to improve communications between city leaders and the community. I encourage everyone living in Edmonds to take the survey and help us chart our community’s future.”

The survey includes questions about quality of life in the community, local policies, demographics, ratings of local government services and resident use of services.

All residents of Edmonds are eligible to participate. The survey is available online now through July 15 at http://survey.edmondswa.gov.
