Available to District students and families
Nov 06, 2013

Each year, students miss about 38 million school days due to the flu, and each year parents miss more that 10 million workdays caring for their sick children.

The Seattle Visiting Nurse Association, Verdant Health Commission and the District have come together to provide free student and family flu vaccinations to the District community.

Vaccination is safe and effective, and the best way to help protect yourself and your loved ones against influenza and its complications.

Please plan on visiting one of the following flu vaccination clinics in Edmonds district schools:

• Edmonds-Woodway High – 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12;

• Mountlake Terrace High – – 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13;

• Lynnwood High – – 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14;

• Meadowdale High – – 4-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18.

Parents will need to fill out a Patient Consent form for students under age 18. Please see elementary, middle and high school posters for more information.
