Europe-bound Sno-King Chorale presents ‘Sing-A-Ring’

Nov 06, 2013

Fundraising is always a challenge for nonprofit organizations, so members of the Sno-King Community Chorale decided to do what they do best – SING!

If you need to celebrate someone’s birthday, anniversary, graduation or just lift someone’s spirits through song, consider engaging one or more members of Sno-King to perform, either by phone or in-person.

Right now, the group is booking gigs for Veterans’ Day (Nov. 11), so this would be a special and unique gift to honor your favorite veteran.

Prices range from $15 for a phone call performance by a soloist or duet to $500 for a large, in-person performance.

And there is everything in-between; for example, an in-person duet with harmony for $45.

All proceeds will go toward helping defray expenses of next June’s appearance at the Alta Pusteria Festival in Italy.

For a list of songs and additional rates, email or call (410) 713-0463.

“We will do our best to accommodate your request, but for songs requiring the coordination of multiple singers, some flexibility may be required,” coordinator Megan Jeffery said.

If you have any special song requests that go beyond those on their list, please note that an additional fee of $5 will be added to your cost.

“We appreciate the support of our community so we wanted to have a fun, mutually beneficial fundraiser for the chorale,” Jeffery said.
