12-1 p.m. “Timber Curtain” by Frances McCue. These poems are wry, indicting and hopeful, as they track the demolition of Richard Hugo House in a rapidly changing city. Several poems will be central in McCue’s upcoming documentary "Where the House Was." McCue is a poet, writer, teacher, and arts instigator. From 1996–2006, she was the founding director of Richard Hugo House in Seattle, and is currently a senior lecturer at the University of Washington. Edmonds Bookshop, 111 Fifth Ave. S, Edmonds.
