Cinco de Mayo is coming!

To celebrate the growing diversity of our community, on May 5th the Familias Unidas Latino Resource Center will celebrate our 10th annual Cinco de Mayo Festival.

The Cinco de Mayo Festival provides participants of all ages the chance to embrace the Latino/Mexican culture, find out about community resources, meet neighbors, and socialize.

Our first Cinco de Mayo festival in 2002 had about 100 participants.  Last year, more than 700 people participated in this family friendly, community-building event!

Our festival offers our community free food, face painting, kids’ games, resource fair, music/dancers and cultural activities.

This year, our Cinco de Mayo Festival will take place from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at Everett High School, 2416 Colby Ave., Everett.
