Cascade Symphony Orchestra offers scholarships | School brief

Mar 19, 2014

Cascade Symphony will award scholarships of $2,000 to $3,000 to qualified high school seniors from the Mukilteo, Edmonds, Northshore and Shoreline school districts in May.

Applicants must plan to continue their musical studies in college but need not intend to major in music.

Applicants must audition on an orchestral instrument (string, woodwind, brass or percussion.) The deadline to apply is April 5.

The scholarships winners will be recognized on stage by Cascade Symphony’s Music Director, Michael Miropolsky, during the final concert of the season, “Rachmaninoff!” on May 12 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts.
