This is an open letter to Edmonds Automotive Service:

Gentlemen,

I will take this opportunity to thank you for the kind assistance you gave me while purchasing a 2000 Mercedes Benz E320.

Your knowledge of the car’s maintenance history and condition assured me that the car was a good buy; and it was, as it proved during the drive to the Bay Area during the most inclement weather I have experienced in a long time.

In addition, after purchasing the car, you took the time to remove the handicapped assistance package without an appointment, even though you were very busy. Best of all, the fee you charged me was most reasonable – a pleasant surprise nowadays.

I look forward to visiting Edmonds again and personally thanking you for a very satisfying business experience.
