Boy Scout Troop Christmas TREE-CYCLING in  Edmonds for 2013

Dec 17, 2012

Edmonds Boy Scout Troop 312 will be accepting trees for two days only! Bring your trees to the QFC Grocery Store parking lot at 196th St. SW & 76th or the PCC Market parking lot, Edmonds Way & 100th Ave. W on Saturday, Jan. 5 and 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.

Edmonds Boy Scout Troop 300 will be accepting trees for two days also, at the Top Foods parking lot, 21900 Highway 99, Edmonds and Westgate Elementary School, 9601 220th St. SW. Leave your trees on Saturday, Jan 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

TROOP 367 will be accepting trees for curbside pickup on one day only, Saturday, Jan. 5,  during daylight hours.

They’ll be picking up on the South side of Edmonds, mainly neighborhoods south of 224th St. SW from Lake Ballinger into Woodway – all the areas served by Edmonds Way and Firdale Avenue.

Homes receiving Troop 367’s door hanger notice and using the service need to have your tree placed at the curb by 8 a.m. on the collection day.

Attach the notice to the tree with a rubber band.

Donation checks can be made out to Troop 367.  Please put your donation in an envelope and tape it to your front door.  Contact Ben at 206-533-0222, ext. 1.  (Appointments are not required)

As always, all decorations, tinsel, tree stands and nails must be

removed from the tree in order to be recycled.

Flocked trees are not accepted at all!

Help support your community’s scout troops 2013 activities by

properly recycling your tree.

Residents can also go to and use the interactive map of Southwest Snohomish County to find any Boy Scout tree-cycle activity near them.
