The Amber Alert is now over: Everett police have found this baby. He is alive and appears to be stable, according to police.

Everett police have issued an Amber Alert to locate a newborn reportedly in grave danger.

At 9 p.m. on Feb. 13, the Everett Police Department issued an Amber Alert to locate 31-year-old Roshell Marie Turner who gave birth on Jan. 27.

Child Protective Services, a division of the Department of Social and Health Services, believes the newborn is in grave danger and needs immediate medical attention which has not been provided.

"The baby was born in a hotel room and has not received medical aid," said Aaron Snell, spokesperson for the Everett Police Department. "For the past several weeks, Roshell has not cooperated with Child Protective Services or other authorities on this matter."

Roshell is described as white, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black mid-length hair. She has a rose tattoo on her upper right chest. There is no clothing description available.

Roshell frequents the Casino Road area in Everett and usually stays within Snohomish County.

"While [several have] reported Roshell was at various locations last night, we cannot positively confirm any of them," Snell said. "Ultimately, we have not located Roshell."

Anyone with information about Roshell’s location is asked to immediately call 911.
