Winter comes early to the Edmonds Historical Museum with its new exhibit, "Winters of Yesteryear,” opening Wednesday, Nov. 14. The exhibit will run through Jan. 27, 2013.

From the Big Snow of 1916 to today, come explore how locals have experienced the winter season— how they’ve talked about it, prepared for it, dressed for it, played and competed in it, and now remember it.
The Edmonds Historical Museum is located at 118 5th Ave. N. in downtown Edmonds.
It is open Wednesday through Sunday from 1-4 p.m., and will be open from 5-8 p.m. during Third Thursday Art Walks in November and December.
Suggested donation is $5 per adult and $2 per child. For more information, go to historicedmonds.org.
