Receiving a new diagnosis of Alzheimer’s leaves families stunned, and often lost. Where should I turn? What help do we need? What happens next? Is my life over? This presentation answers these questions, and many more.

It provides resources for the support and assistance that will help people to take charge and to navigate their journey with Alzheimer’s.
