Seminar on DNA in genealogy

The Sno-Isle Genealogical Society is presenting a mini seminar on Saturday, March 15, on "DNA and Genealogy; What is it, Why it is important, How to use it."

It will be held at the PUD Auditorium, 21018 Hwy 99, Edmonds, from 9 to noon.

Presenter will be Mary Katherine Kozy, an experienced researcher of 30+ years.

Session 1 will explain how DNA relates to genealogy; session 2 will explore the use of online tools provided by the various DNA testing companies.

Fee is $25 for nonmembers, $20 for SIGS members.
