Sacred Music Chorale celebrates the season with Sounding Joy.

Trumpets, timpani, organ and voices combine to present  John Rutter’s Gloria, Daniel Pinkham’s Christmas Cantata, and Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Christmas Carols, plus a collection of other holiday favorites.  Saturday, December 1, at 7:30 p.m., Trinity Lutheran Church, 6215 196th St. SW, Lynnwood.

Tickets  $17, seniors and students $13, children under 17, free.
