Prime Pacific Bank to consolidate Lynnwood branchesSeamless transfer, customer accounts remain the same
Glenn Deutsch, President & CEO of locally owned Prime Pacific Bank, announced today the consolidation of their two Lynnwood branches.
All of the customer accounts at the 4710 196th Street SW Lynnwood branch will be transferred to the Lynnwood Headquarters branch located nearby at 2502 196th Street SW.
“Combining the two Lynnwood branches will enable Prime Pacific Bank to lean operations and provide a higher level of customer service,” Deutsch said. “The branch at 4710 will close on September 20, 2013.”
The Lynnwood Headquarters branch, where Prime Pacific Bank also located their financial center and administration operations, opened in June of 2009.
“When we bought the new building, merging the two branch operations was a consideration,” Board Chair, Tim McMahon said. “From a shareholder perspective, this move makes good sense; additionally, it will continue to give customers access to all of our banking services.”
Bank officials are assuring customers, who have already been notified, that the branch transfer will be seamless, with no action necessary on their part. Customers will maintain their same account information and online convenience.
Prime Pacific Bank was founded in May, 1995 as a full service community bank. Their commitment remains the same today, to provide the highest level of service, operational efficiency and community stewardship.
