Opportunity and hope renew Parkinson’s class
You might have Parkinson’s disease, but it doesn’t have to have you.
A new and beneficial Parkinson’s class based on moderate and stronger exercising will be the focus of a new class starting July 9, at the Edmonds Senior Center.
Hosted by Jennifer Roach, at the Parkinson’s School for Change, the class is a pathway to improving the lives of those with Parkinson’s disease.
Based on the belief that Parkinson’s can be controlled and reversed with proper exercise, Roach is encouraging people not only with Parkinson’s disease, but their family and friends to attend.
The cost is nominal but the results could be priceless.
Classes are 1 p.m., every Tuesday at the Edmonds Senior Center.
Call Jennifer at 206-920-1151 for more information or just come to a class.
