Feb 05, 2014

On Thursday, Feb. 6, at the Just Frogs & Friends Amphibian Center in Edmonds, David Mizejewski (NWF author and media personality) will present the regional Conservation Service Award to a community partner, Thayer Cueter and the Just Frogs Toads Too Foundation.

Thayer is recognized in her community and by National Wildlife Federation as an exceptional community member and volunteer.

Thayer and the foundation (www.justfrogs.com ) are well known amphibian educators across the region and a much-needed animal rescue location.

She also supports the Edmonds Certified Community Wildlife Habitat team (http://edmondsbackyardwildlifehabitat.org/).

According to Regional Education Manager Courtney Sullivan, “The energy, enthusiasm and commitment that Thayer brings to our conservation community inspire others. We are very proud to have her as a partner of our organization.”

The community is invited to join the celebration at 5:30 p.m. at the Just Frogs Toads Too Amphibian Center, 300 Admiral Way, Suite 104, Edmonds.
