Learn how to expand arts participation
If you missed the Arts Participation session at the Edmonds Arts Summit last June, or if you attended and want to learn more about expanding participation in the arts for your organization, the new Web Portal for the Arts Participation Leadership Initiative is now available.
The portal, connected to the www.arts.wa.gov site, contains stories, data, photos and video from all of the grant projects, forums, speakers and research completed as part of the four-year APLI, funded by The Wallace Foundation.
Both the long version shown at the Arts Summit and a shorter version of the APLI video by artist Adam Bale are on the website.
The web writer/designers at Hemisphere Design have devised ways for site visitors to learn the lessons, tools, takeaways and examples from projects that are increasing arts participation in the Seattle region.
And they have invented a new "shopping cart/portfolio" method so that site visitors can choose and save items or reports to their own saved portfolio!
You can now access the site via www.arts.wa.gov/apli
