Landau Associates welcomes Scott Pawling, P.E.

Scott Pawling, P.E. has joined Landau Associates as an Associate Geotechnical Engineer. Pawling will oversee subsurface investigations, prepare technical recommendations for site development and design, and provide field support.

Pawling’s technical experience encompasses design and construction of shoring systems, driven and drilled pile/shaft foundations in soil and rock, cut and fill retaining wall systems, soil and rock anchors, earth embankments, and reinforced soil slopes.

He has worked extensively on dam stabilization, railroad infrastructure, and retaining wall projects for more than 10 years.

Pawling holds a Master of Science in geotechnical engineering from the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from the University of Puget Sound.
