King's beats Seattle Academy | Boys prep basketball
The King's boys basketball team earned a non-conference win over Seattle Academy on Tuesday, Jan. 7. The final score was 42-33 for the Knights.
King's led 13-10 after one quarter, but Seattle Academy evened things out in the second, posting nine points to the Knights three. Seattle Academy continued to control the game in the third quarter, posting a 14-11 split, but King's bounced back in the fourth, scoring 15 points while holding Academy to no new points.
Jacob Storkson scored 12 points, Corey Kispert added 11 and Brett Jones posted 10 points. Josh Alexander scored five points during the win and Calvin Kispert added four.
The Knights are 7-2 this season and will play at Lakewood on Friday, Jan. 10 at 6:45 p.m.
