King’s beats South Whidbey | Boys prep golf

The King’s boys golf team earned its first win of the season on Thursday, March 20, beating South Whidbey.

The Knights won 239-259 at the par 36 Mill Creek Golf and Country Club.

Individually, Jack Ryan O’Neal shot a 39, followed by Johnny Fuley shooting a 47. Evan Pierce hit 49, Karson Dreher shot 51 and Oscar Chen hit a 53.

The Knights, now 1-0 this season, will play Cedarcrest on Thursday, March 27 at 3 p.m. at Mill Creek Golf Course.
