Glen Plake to visit The Summit at SnoqualmieAll skiers invited to come ski with a legend
Elan Skis and The Summit at Snoqualmie are excited to announce that world famous ski personality Glen Plake will visit the resort on Thursday, January 17.
Plake is inviting all skiers to come and ski with him at the Summit West base area where he’ll show participants some freestyle tricks as well as generally improving their freeskiing skills.
Additionally, there will be an Elan ski demo evening in conjunction with Plake’s visit to The Summit, also at the Summit West base area.
“It’s always a great moment when Glen Plake comes to The Summit as he is one of skiing’s best, most enthusiastic ambassadors,” Summit at Snoqualmie Marketing Director Guy Lawrence said. “Glen is always a huge attraction for our skiing guests due to the fact he is both an incredible athlete and just a fun guy to ski with so we always expect an energized crowd of all ages to meet up with him.”
Glen Plake is partnered with Elan Skis so visitors to Summit West on Thursday evening will also be treated to a chance to demo the latest skis from Elan.
Both events will start at 5 p.m., and are expected to wrap up by 9 p.m.
