A uLearn/ArtsNow program is bringing real-life parapsychology consultant, Neil McNeill, to the Edmonds Conference Center from 7-8:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, to uncover nautical tales of terror and folklore.

Are legendary ghost ships like the Flying Dutchman and Disney's Black Pearl based in fact? Were premonitions of disaster for the "unsinkable" Titanic really true? What haunts the lower decks of the famous Queen Mary?

From spectral shipwrecks to haunted lighthouses, this class will chart the maritime world of paranormal investigation on the high seas.

Admission is $25 per person. Tickets can be purchased online at www.edcc.edu/ulearn or http://goo.gl/ZoPhom.

For more information, call 425-640-1243 or email ulearn@email.edcc.edu.

The Edmonds Conference Center is located on 201 N. Fourth Ave. N.
