Edmonds-Woodway loses 13-3 to Mountlake Terrace | Prep baseball

The Edmonds-Woodway baseball team lost a non-league match to Mountlake Terrace on Tuesday, March 24.

The final score was 13-3 for the Hawks.

Mountlake Terrace started the game hot, scoring five runs in the bottom of the first and holding Edmonds-Woodway to just one run in the second.

The Warriors added a run in the third and fourth innings, but Mountlake Terrace posted eight more runs in the third and fourth to earn the win.

Edmonds-Woodway had three runs off six hits and one error, while Mountlake Terrace posted 13 runs off 12 hits and on error.

Chantz Justice was 1-2 at the plate during the game with a double, while Brett Stoneman went 2-2 at bat with two RBI and a double.

The Warriors, now 1-2 this season, will host Shorewood on Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m.
