Edmonds-Woodway beats Cascade 4-1 | Girls prep soccer

The Edmonds-Woodway girls soccer team beat Cascade 4-1 in a league match on Tuesday, Oct. 22.

Gabby Clark and Jaclyn Metz both scored in the first half of the game for the Warriors, giving the team a 2-0 lead at halftime. Melissa Long and Rylee Peterson scored in the second half, while Claire Nelson added the lone Cascade goal.

The Warriors have won five straight games, and are 10-1-1 in league and 10-2-1 overall. Edmonds-Woodway will play Kamiak on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. at Edmonds Stadium.
