Edmonds Downtown Business Improvement District to meet
The Edmonds Downtown Business Improvement District (EDBID) will hold a meeting of the membership from 7-8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, in the Edmonds Library Plaza Room, 650 Main St.
An informal social meet and greet will begin at 6:30, followed by a welcome and keynote address from local EDBID member, Rick Steves, at 7 p.m..
The meeting will serve as an opportunity to provide a progress report and to receive input from members, as well as offer opportunities for members to get involved in the EDBID.
The EDBID Interim Advisory Board encourages all members to attend the meeting and come prepared with suggestions and questions related to one or more of the following topics: branding and identity, administration, parking, business resources and community outreach.
The meeting will include committee breakout sessions to discuss and brainstorm each topic.
The mission of the EDBID is to “encourage, promote and participate in activities enhancing the general economic conditions for the mutual benefit of businesses in the district and the city of Edmonds.”
