Edmonds chamber director resigns, to pursue other interests
Ailsa Kellam, director of development and communications for the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce since March 2012, is resigning from the chamber staff to pursue other business interests.
Kellam said she intends to remain in the area and is “excited and supportive” of the city and its business community, and of their future.
She will continue to consult with the chamber on communications and marketing leading up to the annual Taste of Edmonds festival, Aug. 9-11.
Ron Clyborne, chamber president, said the business group is examining its long-term staffing needs and structure and will complete that study before naming a successor.
“I want to thank Ailsa for her service and for her commitment,” Clyborne said. “All of us at the chamber wish her well and look forward to her continued participation in the Edmonds business community.”
