Edmonds Chamber adds 4 to board of directorsOur Board, staff, membership and volunteers have made Edmonds one of the fastest growing Chambers of Commerce in Washington
Since the beginning of the year, the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce has appointed four members to the Board of Directors. “Board and staff of the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce are truly pleased to welcome Bill Wood, Theresa Catt, David Jones and Jeff Ritter to the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors,” Ron Clyborne, Edmonds Chamber President, said. “Each brings a breadth of experience and valuable skill set to ensure the leadership of the Chamber continues to evolve to support continued growth of the Chamber.”
The additions are in line with significant growth in Chamber membership and engagement over the past year.
Not only has membership grown by 100 to over 450 members in the Greater Edmonds area, the Chamber has also added additional programs such as the Young Professionals Network, the Annual Business Expo and new networking opportunities to better serve existing members.
In addition to serving as voice of the business community, the Chamber presents community events.
Those events include ‘A Taste of Edmonds’, the second largest three day festival in the state of Washington, Third Thursday Art Walk, Edmonds Chamber Arts Awards, Business Expo, David Stern Memorial Golf Classic, Edmonds Classic Car Show, Halloween Trick-or-Treat and Tree Lighting Ceremony.
The very popular annual 4th of July celebration is provided to the community by the Edmonds Chamber Foundation with very generous support of the Hazel Miller Foundation.
