Edmonds CC art gallery features students’ work

Edmonds Community College’s art gallery this spring will feature work from Edmonds CC students in a group exhibit titled “Intersections.”

It opens May 12 and continues through June 13 in the college’s art gallery on the third floor of Lynnwood Hall, 20000 68th Ave. W.

A reception with the artists is 4-6 p.m., Friday, June 6, in the college art gallery.

Disciplines of the student artwork include drawing, painting, 2D design, pottery, jewelry, sculpture, photography, graphic design, and visual communications.

The exhibit is sponsored by the college’s library, the Visual Arts department, and the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership.

The gallery is open 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, and 1-5 p.m. weekends.
