‘Conquer the Hill’ and fitness expo coming May 18

Edmonds Parks & Recreation is holding a Health & Fitness Expo from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., on Saturday, May 18, at Edmonds-Woodway High School Stadium.
The Expo is FREE and open to the public.
Expo activities include Rubber Chicken Relays, soccer skills clinic hosted by SeaWolves Premier Soccer, cheer clinic hosted by UW cheerleaders and Sea Gals, interactive health and wellness booths and catch the 1 p.m., SeaWolves Premier Soccer opening game.
Healthy brown bag lunches will be available while quantities last.
Just prior to the expo is the ‘Conquer the Hill 5k’ is held in conjunction with the Health & Fitness Expo. The 5k begins at 9 a.m.
Register at www.getmeregistered.com (through 4 p.m., May 17) or in-person at the Frances Anderson Center 700 Main Street Edmonds. Register by May 13 for $20 per person early bird entry fee. $30 per person after May 13. Race-day registration if space permitting.
