A Taste of Edmonds
The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce will host “A Taste of Edmonds” from 11 a.m.–10 p.m., August 8-9, and 11 a.m.–7 p.m., August 10, at the Civic Center Playfield. There will be arts and crafts, food vendors, beer and wine gardens, live entertainment and music.
Skandia dance session
7:30-11 p.m. Skandia Third Friday Dance will be held at Cedar Valley Grange, 20526 52nd Ave. W., Lynnwood. Elaine Mathies and Bev Anderson will be teaching Hambo med Vals before the Skandia dance party. The class is at 7:30 p.m. followed by a dance. Rhythm and you workshop
12:30-2 p.m. The Lynnwood Senior Center and the Center for Healthy Living will host “Rhythm and You: Find it! Feel it! Keep it!” Simone LaDrumma will share her love for drumming with stories, a brief history of hand drumming and a drumming demonstration with help from the audience.
