Clothes for Kids to host 30th anniversary gala event
Clothes for Kids is celebrating 30 years of providing low-income students with school wardrobes with a gala event and fundraising auction on Thursday, May 29 at Paine Field.
Join auctioneer Lance Lambert, host of television's award-winning "Vintage Vehicle Show,” for a silent auction and no-host bar, followed by a seated dinner and live auction.
Clothes For Kids has been serving Snohomish County since 1984, as a non-profit organization providing wardrobes for low-income families.
“Thanks to generous contributions from the community we have grown the program, serving more than 15,000 students in the last five years,” said Nancy Laird-Burris, Program Manager for Clothes For Kids.
“With many families still feeling the effects of the difficult economy, this is a great time to support our community and direct families to this resource.”
The gala event will be held at the Future of Flight Aviation Center, at 8415 Paine Field Blvd. in Everett.
Purchase tickets by going to www.clothesforkids.org. Limit 300 seats available.
