City worker struck by hit-and-run driver

Recognize the pickup truck in the picture? The Edmonds Police Department is looking for your help in locating its owner.

This vehicle hit a city worker working on a water valve in the 7700 block of 196th Street SW at about 3:37 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18.

The city worker suffered a broken leg when pinned between the suspect vehicle and a city work truck.

The truck is a GMC or Chevy, likely an S10. It has no tailgate, a white cargo box in the back (at a strange angle) and is missing the corner piece.
