City slates Five Corners Roundabout meeting
The City of Edmonds is hosting a public meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 9, at 5:30 p.m. in the Plaza Room (above the Edmonds Library at 650 Main Street) regarding the Five Corners Roundabout Project.
The City of Edmonds has completed the environmental documents and 90 percent design plans for this project. A roundabout will be installed to improve traffic flow and safety at the intersection.
The project will also add street lighting, landscaping, stormwater improvements, replacement of watermain and services, and the underground conversion of all overhead utility lines.
You are invited to participate in a public meeting to discuss your ideas, concerns and issues regarding this City of Edmonds' project. You will be joined by some of your neighbors, City Staff and the consultants who are working on the design, David Evans & Associates.
A brief presentation starting at 6 p.m. will cover the general improvements, recent progress, and schedule.
It will be followed by your opportunity to work in small groups with project team members to ask questions. We look forward to seeing you there.
