Betty Lou Gaeng appointed to Edmonds Cemetery BoardHas lived in Edmonds 79 years
Longtime historian Betty Lou Gaeng has been named to the Edmonds Cemetery Board. She is a member of several organizations, including the Edmonds-South Snohomish County Historical Society and Museum, and the Sno-Isle Genealogy Society.
She writes a column for Senior Focus, the bimonthly newspaper published by Senior Services of Snohomish County.
She has worked with Dale Hoggins and Cemetery Board to provide research, and has appeared in the annual “Walk Back in Time” event.
Gaeng moved to Edmonds in 1937, attended Edmonds Grade School and graduated from Edmonds High School.
