Are litterers drug-addled, dumb or both?

Sep 05, 2013

Editor:

The other day I picked up about a dozen very used scouring pads on the jetty at Brackets Landing.

Do we have a drug problem?  I have a concern that our population is becoming dumber by the day.

I still cannot comprehend that our streets, beaches, and byways continue to be dumping grounds for the hundreds of bags of junk I pick up every year.

Today, Tuesday, someone broke a gallon jar of maraschino cherries on Bell and Sunset Streets, leaving a big, nasty mess.

The curb and street are now safe and clean for paws and bare feet to walk.  I rest my case, here.

COME ON PEOPLE, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR STUFF!!!!!!!
