Alzheimer’s family caregiver conference set
The Alzheimer’s Association announces a family caregiver conference to be held from 9:30 to 2:45 Friday, March 21, at Unity Church, 16727 Alderwood Mall Parkway, Lynnwood.
The conference is designed specifically to provide relevant, hands-on tools and encouragement for families caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s or a related dementia.
This conference will focus on:
• Alzheimer’s Research
• Staying Safe
• Self-care for the Dementia Caregiver
In addition to the workshops, there will be resource tables and time for networking.
There is no cost to participants. Lunch is included.
The cost of the conferences is being underwritten by Snohomish County Long-Term Care & Aging and the Verdant Healthcare Commission.
