Research suggests the most common neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and depression become increasingly common with age.
Join the Lynnwood Senior Center’s Aging Brain Event featuring panel of experts to discuss the latest research and information about health and the aging brain.
The Aging Brain event will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 9 at the Lynnwood Senior Center, 19000 44th Ave W, Lynnwood.
Panel guests include: Ruth Eggers from the Parkinson’s Association, Michael Bower from the Alzheimer’s Association and Kamilia Dunsky from Senior Services Older Adult Mental Health Access.
Before the panel begins, enjoy some healthy treats for the brain and some memory games sponsored by Chateau Pacific. Complimentary memory screenings will be available during the day starting at 10 am. During the event, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
