TOPS celebrates successes

Jan 19, 2012

The Edmonds chapter of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) recently celebrated people in the group who have successfully lost weight and kept it off.

These women provide an inspiration to those members who are trying to lose weight by remaining active in the group and providing support and encouragement.

The longest term KOPS (for Keep Off Pounds Sensibly) is celebrating 14 years at her goal weight -- the "youngest" KOPS attained that status just a few weeks ago.

The photograph represents more than 36 years of weight loss maintenance.

TOPS is a low-cost, high-success weight loss group. The Edmonds chapter meets every Tuesday morning at the Maplewood Presbyterian Church (80th Ave W and 196th St SW) at 9 a.m. Guests are welcome. Please call 4250742-3724 for more information.
